Three Blind Mice operates on the Sundown Rule, which is: If we don’t have an immediate answer for you on your inquiry, we will get back to you that same day and let you know when you can expect an answer—communication is the key. If the installer or salesperson is running late from another appointment, they contact the customer to let them know.
